Information on the websites
- Prices, availability, plot sizes, specifications, floor plans and timelines are a guide and may change without notice. Prices exclude statutory fees and VAT where applicable.
- Pictures of homes and estates are architectural renders or artist's impressions. The finished buildings, finishes, landscaping and surroundings may differ.
- Distances and travel times are approximate.

Nothing on the websites is an offer that can be accepted, and nothing on them forms part of a contract. A plot or home is reserved or sold only under a written agreement signed by Msingi Africa Ltd and the buyer.
